Release Notes 30/08/2026
Updates:
- Resolved an issue where some messages identified as spam could still be delivered. Spam detection is now applied consistently across the system, with a safety net in place so a message blocked in error can still be released.
- Improved the messaging onscreen to inform users where an account has reached the daily limit for emailing non customer/supplier/staff emails. Replacing a generic user message which wasn't clear on why the email was failed to be sent.
- Updated the MYOB integration ahead of MYOB retiring its current permission model on 1 September 2026. Workshops connected to MYOB were contacted explaining that their Administrator needs to reapprove access (simple one minute step) before the deadline, with nothing lost in the meantime.
- Further added resilience to the sync of Workshop Software and MYOB where Workshop Software now automatically recreates the supplier in MYOB and retries the sync, instead of failing.
- Applied a fix to customer payments applied to a manually reconciled invoice which weren't syncing to MYOB. These payments are now correctly recognised as not needing to sync to MYOB.
- Updated the Tire Connect integration (US) where, after selecting tyres and viewing the out-the-door price, the option to bring them back onto the invoice intermittently failed. A clear message is now shown if the tyre selection genuinely can't be retrieved further improving the user messaging and user experience.
