Updates:
- Upgraded the Customer List page to modern underlying technology and resolved an issue with mobile number or phone number sorting.
- Upgraded the Vehicle List page to modern underlying technology and resolved an issue with Make, Model, or Customer Name sorting.
- Corrected an issue where a credit invoice's balance could display incorrectly. Credit invoices now show "Available Credit" in place of "Balance Due", with the available credit value updating automatically as a credit is applied.
- Resolved an issue where outbound emails could fail to send for accounts without a reply-to email address configured. These now send successfully using a Workshop Software default address instead.
- Adjusted mechanic availability checks so that any job overlapping a mechanic's unavailable time (such as a lunch break) is now blocked consistently. Previously, a job that fully spanned a break could be booked while a shorter job that only clipped the edge of the same break was blocked; both cases are now treated the same way.
- Resolved an issue on multi-branch sites where newly linking a product to another branch copied the originating branch's stock quantity onto the new branch record. Newly linked branch products now correctly start with zero stock, so each branch tracks its own quantity on hand.
- Resolved an issue where the VV Garage online booking calendar showed no available dates for a branch that shares its VV Garage API key with another branch. The correct branch is now identified automatically, and a clear error is shown if a booking genuinely can't be processed.
- We've also improved bundle products in the way that they save. Bundle saves are now all-or-nothing, so a bundle's price can no longer end up out of step with its contents.
