New Features:
- Improved the WorkshopData diagnostic tool with a new global access button in the top header bar, available from any page in the application. The button opens the tool for the current vehicle in view, or launches a make and model search if no vehicle is in context. Users without WorkshopData activated will see a prompt with the option to navigate to the activation page.
Updates:
- Resolved an issue where the Stocktake report returned "No Results" when filtering by Location whose name contained a forward slash (e.g. 01AA02/01). Locations with special characters will now return the correct results.
- Resolved an issue where an email could be submitted with an empty Subject field, causing an error. The send button is now disabled until both the Subject and Email Address fields are filled in, preventing failed sends across all email entry points in the application.
- Improved the error message displayed when a WorkshopPay terminal transaction is cancelled or fails. Users will now see a clear, readable reason (e.g. "Transaction failed: Declined") instead of raw template text.
- Resolved an issue where the SMS character counter in the Quote Follow-Up Message reminder settings was not updating as users typed. The counter now tracks characters in real time and correctly prevents input beyond the 160-character limit.
- Resolved a display issue on the Price Matrix settings screen where the Matrix dropdown was too narrow, cutting off longer option names when expanded. The dropdown now displays all options in full.
- Resolved an issue where UK trial accounts were reverting to a US/Canada time zone after completing the welcome setup flow. The selected time zone and mechanic working hours are now saved and retained correctly.
- Improved the Price Matrix settings screen as part of an ongoing platform upgrade, delivering a more reliable and consistent experience when managing matrices, product groups, and pricing percentages.
