Custom markup %
- Introduced a new Custom Markup option in the line item actions (star) menu on job cards and invoices. Enter a markup % and the line’s price is calculated from the product’s Cost, for that invoice only, without changing the base product. Reapplying a markup always recalculates from Cost, so markups don’t stack.
Updates
Stock & Invoicing
- Updated quotes so products on a saved quote are counted in the product’s Qty Reserved, giving a more accurate Qty Available when planning stock.
- Improved stock handling for companies with the Reserved Stock setting turned off.
- Adjusted customer credits so cash credits (refunds paid back to the customer) are no longer counted in the customer’s Unapplied Credit balance.
- Further added reliability to invoice and job card links sent by SMS in New Zealand, so customers on all networks can open them as expected.
Reporting
- Enhanced the Item Sales Report so bundled products show their retail price and cost correctly, with the separate bundle heading line removed.
- Updated the Sales Report with enhanced calculations for fully discounted invoices and GP%, as well as improvements for dealership internal invoices & credits to be shown consistently across the sales, discount, tax, subtotal, cost and profit columns.
