Updates:
- Resolved an issue where the Booking Diary could show an inflated "Scheduled Hours" total on days where mechanics finish earlier than usual (such as Fridays), caused by an error trimming mechanics' time-off hours to fit within a shorter schedule. Scheduled and Available Hours now always reflect mechanics' actual rostered time.
- Improved account security by ensuring Public Booking API credentials are automatically cleared if a subscription is downgraded below Platinum, alongside the existing Workshop API credential clearing.
- Improved the responsiveness of the Event Times input when adjusting a booking's scheduled times.
- Resolved an issue where public booking requests, which were submitted via the public booking diary, the customer portal, or the public booking API, ran into clashes where multiple customers shared the same name, phone number, or email. Workshop users reviewing a booking request now see every plausible matching customer, with a clear badge showing whether the match is confirmed, ambiguous, or brand new, and choose the correct customer (or create a new one) before approving.
- Added a "Duplicate Rego" warning on booking requests when the submitted plate matches more than one vehicle, listing every vehicle owner so the correct customer can be selected.
- Added a name-mismatch warning on booking requests that auto-attach to a customer whose name doesn't match the details submitted, so it can be reviewed before approval.
- Resolved an issue where submitting the same booking twice in quick succession via the public booking diary could create two duplicate booking requests. Resubmitting an identical request within 24 hours now shows a message confirming the original request was kept, rather than creating a duplicate.
